| Job GuidelinesMoney, it makes the world go round’. And without it…life would be so much easier. That’s why we’re going to make life on here all the more difficult, and you’ll be given money!! This can be seen when you click on a person’s username, underneath your stamina points/bars.
Everyone starts off with $20. Everything in a store will cost you money.
To earn money, you need a job. Fill out a Job Application and post it in the following shop[s] you would like to work at! Yes, you can work at more then one shop, but careful, many absences will get you fired.
Now, as for owning shops, its quite possible! You can make your own shop! But its going to cost money, $15 to be exact.
Here’s the catch, you can gain that money back really fast, and this is how:
A costumer will come into the store and buy an item from your store/current employee. Say the item was $10, you will get $5 of those dollars while the employee that sold it gains their share of $5 as well.
When an item is sold, the customer must fill out a receipt, which is sent/PMed to Patchouli.

Just copy/paste, fill it out, then send it to Patchouli! Easy as pie!

| Surprise Job Inspections!
Surprise job inspections will occur almost once per week on a random date. Patchouli or I will drop by a shop while an employee/store owner is online.
Your job is to treat us like the average customer, meaning do your job. Patchouli records whether you come to our aid/service on a typed up file. We will ONLY drop by your shop when we see you online and posting/chatboxing on Hokkaido Academy.
We're not unfair to go to your shop while your offline.
By coming to our services as a customer at your shop, we will judge whether you are doing a good job with politeness, and guiding.
How To Pass/Fail Inspection.
To PASS is really simple. Just come to our aid at your shop as an ol' customer and meet our needs. If you come to our aid under 15 minutes, then good! It's almost a sure pass, as well as we will judge your attitude towards the customer. Afterwards, you'll be told that you have Passed, and we will proceed to the next shop.
When you Pass 3 times without Fail, we will honor you with a raise. A raise is when we raise your "pay". Every receipt you send us, we will award you with that halve of the total of the receipt as well as your raise which we will 'add-on' to the amount of $ you receive. You are able to slowly build up your raise up to $3.
To Fail, however, is when we await at your shop after posting for more than 15 minutes and we see that you are online, RPing or Chatboxing actively. This will become a fail written on the file and 3 fails, like strikes, will get you fired from your job. After being fired, you will not be able to return to that shop and must seek out a different shop to work at.
Note: Surprise Job Inspections will be, of course, a SURPRISE.
We, Patchouli and Suzumi, have every right to "PASS" or "FAIL" and possibly fire a member during a job inspection.
Keep in Mind, this is all using VIRTUAL Hokkaido Academy Money.

| Taxes
Yeah, we deduct {virtual} money taxes.
Patchouli will 'automatically' deduct $5 from all shop owners on a specified date {In School Fund's Widget} to be added to the School Fund. Money in the School Fund will be used for future events. Make sure to have enough money to keep your shop going and pay for the tax!

Q: Can I have more than one job?
A: Yes, as long as you are able to handle the multiple jobs and not get fired.
Q: How much are taxes?
A: $5 per Month
Q: How do you know how much money you have?
A: Go to your "profile" by clicking your/their username. Under the Stamina Bars, your amount of money should be located there.
Q: What happens if I get into Debt?
A: You will be forced to quit your job and work for Patchouli for the time being while you collect your money to pay back the debt.
