The Waterfall

Zachary glanced towards his sister, he could see that she was shaking. Though, he could not tell wheather she was cold or scared. He sighed lighlty, it was all his fault. He was always making her cry, always making her feel so much pain. He did it involentarily, though. For some reason, even if he did not try, he made her so unhappy. He continued to watch her shake, and without thinking, removed the jacket from his back. "Do not apologize, dear sister." He said, putting the jacket on her "Your apologies are a waste of my time. What you should be doing, is trying your best to make all your mistakes up to me. Come now, let us get some food." Zachary stood, sighing heavily. He was a fool, he had already started showing affection to his sister. Stupid, thats what he was, stupid, stupid, stupid.

He watched as a small smile appeared on Samantha's face, and suddenly, though he did not show it, he felt happy. "Hurry up now, lets go, I'm hungry!" He urged, as he began to walk away from the waterfall.

Samantha smiled lightly, and slowly the pain in her heart melted away. Her brother, had given her his jacket. He had noticed that she was shaking, he had noticed that she was cold. Not only that, but he had decided to do something about it. He had never done anything like that before, never, and now, he did. Samantha felt as if she were going to cry. She held so much joy deep inside of her. Nodding happily, she latched herself on to her brothers arm. Though he cringed slighlty, he let her hug his arm. A warm feeling entering both their bodies. Such a warm feeling, not even the cold winters evening could pierce the everlasting warmth of their hearts, and as they left the park, brother and sister took one step to becoming reunited.

"I love you brother."

"Nyeh, whatever."

I love you too, Samantha dearest...more than you will ever know...

Lucas sat at the side of the waterfall, his guitar on hand as he played a soft tune he had made up a few weeks ago to take his mind off of things. He softly hummed, being carried away by the smooth arpeggios and scales that just seem to come out naturally. "It's quiet." He spoke to himself without taking his mind off of his music.

*walks to the edge of the waterfall and looks at the falling water*

*I walk in and sit down on the shore at the base of the waterfall not noticing Mugen*

*sees Raena and smiles*
Good afternoon.
*yells down to her over the roar of the falls*

Good Afternoo *I jump up to were Mugen was standing*

*smiles softly at her*
I am Mugen, Mugen Nakahara and you are?

I'm Rae Akahana... Nice to meet you.

Raena...
*takes her hand*
It's a pleasure to meet you.
*kiss the back of her hand*

Sasuri sits in the cave behind the waterfall ithhis head in the water thinking on how he will change his path.

*walks behind the waterfall and runs my hand in the water*

He raises a eyebrow and looks at him.
"hello.."

*looks up to see Sasu and smiles*
Good evening.

"I see you enjoy water also."

*turns my smile into a seductive grin*
I enjoy being wet.

"Hm...I do also." he agrees not understanding what Mugen was saying.

*laughs abit at my own mind*
Oh? Is that so? Prehaps...
*takes a few steps closer to Sasu, until his face was close to his*
... we can become wet together.

He sighs.
"Excuse me?"

*smiles and then places my hand on his cheek caressing it*
Do you not understand what I mean?

The cave shakes and a sharp beam of water flies toward the mans face.
"Hm..."

*smiles at the water*
Ah, I suppose you have misunderstood me.

He looks down.
"I guess I have.."

*laughs and then looks up*
Seems it is becoming late. I shall take my leave now.
*waves and then leaves*

He puts his head back into the waterfall and closes his eye.
