The Waterfall

Hugging her, Kairai let out a sigh, one of relief and satisfaction. Seles was the only person for him now, and so he wanted.

Seles hugged him back, eyes closed softly. She identified the feeling she had of joy. A pure positive feeling she felt rarely in a whole.

The breeze quickly reacted at Kairai's will and thoughts, so it started blowing softly, making random snow flakes to swirl around them.

Seles smiled, her eyes following the snowflakes as if mesmerized.

The moment seemed one to be captured in a snow globe. Kairai felt so good he couldn't believe it himself, though he was feeling thirsty, something he was still learning and trying to understand, why.

Seles blinked and looked up at him "Kairai, are you alright?" she asked him.

Kairai looked down at her, the darkness in his eyes faintly fading.
"Y-Yes...why do you ask?"

"I just had a feeling so I was wondering if you were alright" she said, looking at his eyes.

Kairai shook his head slowly, then said, hesitantly: "I'm thirsty..."

Seles swallowed. She wasn't too sure on how to word her next question. "Do you know what for?" she asked finally. She hoped that wouldn't trouble him and her eyes reflected that hope.

Kairai frowned thinking, trying to figure out and decide if he was wrong or not. No, he knew what he wanted, what he was thirsty for. Blood. He knew it, but how? Only vampires drink blood. So, that explains why he changed so much. But he couldn't rememer how, when, who of the vampire situation, so he would just assume everything happened for a good reason, either to save his life or the vampire who drank from him.
Looking down at her again, hesitant, he answered in a soft voice: "Blood". Then, the wind stopped blowing and there was just a deep, dead silence around them.

Seles was silent for awhile. He knows what he wants but will he take it? He has to at some time or he'll go hungry...or thirsty.... She thought. "Kairai...." she said finally, looking up at him. "Do you want mine?" she asked quietly hoping not to push him to far. That was the last thing she wanted to do.

Kairai's eyes flashed dark and thirsty, though, he didn't want to hurt her. kairai couldn't remember how it was to drink from someone, so this would be the first time.
"I-I can't..." he said.

She held his hand gently "Kairai if you need help with something I'm willing to help you" she said. "Do you know why....you can't?" she asked a bit curiously. It's strange, I think I'm sad that he can't bite me.

He looked at her, a bit confused and sad.
"I don't want to hurt you, love"

"You won't I'm sure" she said, trying to smile a bit.

Like a sudden impulse of electric current through his body, Kairai hugged her again and with one hand tilted her head gently to the side, all out of complete instinct. His fangs showed and he bit down sofly on her warm neck, then drank. Her blood was amazing, warm and delicious, a bolt of energy exploding in Kairai's mouth. Like any other vampire, kairai, unconciously, changed the pain to pleasure, as to keep Seles from hurting.

Out of reflex, Seles held onto his sleeve a bit, eyes half closed as she kept her breathing steady. She felt the blood leaving her but felt no pain from it. She tried to keep her mind on how much he was taking.

Suddently, kairai opened his eyes and stepped away, then hugged her again.
"I'm sorry, my lady!", he said, feeling like he hurt her.

Seles held him back "it's fine, I'm fine. It didn't hurt I promise." she said, kissing his forehead gently. "I have to go though unfortunately, I'm sorry. Will I talk to you tomorrow?" she asked.

kairai smiled a bit, still feeling somewhat guilty. He kissed her softly, though then he remember he might taste like blood.
"I will see you tomorrow"

Seles kissed him back and smiled "Alright then. See you tomorrow" she said, red wings appearing on her back and she started to fly up in the air "And do not worry please" she added before flying off with a wave.

Kairai smiled wide when she flew, making him think she was so cute. With a move of his own kairai teleported away.

Gin teleported onto a large boulder, standing near the waterfall, her hood pulled up over her head and her hands shoved in her cloak's pockets.

Marcus walked over to the top of the waterfall with his jacket, careful to stay clear out of the water with his hands in his jacket pockets and notebook in hand, writing some new lyrics in his book which ended with this new girl he was watching that just appeared there.
