The River and Bridge

*Kenoo bobs his head under water a few times*

Not at all...I told you mental thing...

Keller nodded, "I see...." she said, then with one swift, cat-like movement, she lunged at him. Using all of her small body's strength to push down on his shoulder.

*Kenoo saw the dunk coming and let it happen. As she pushed him under water, he grabbed her waist and pulled her under with him*

As she was pulled under, she gasped, minimal water entering her mouth. She squeezed his shoulder, wiggling, trying to wrestle away from her. Attempting, and not very successfully succeeding, she bit back a smile, as to not let anymore water into her mouth.

*Kenoo released her waist, so she could get some air. Upon releasing her he followed behind her so he too could get air*

Keller surfaced, gasping in air, while laughing. "Well... that did not turn out as I planned." she said, smiling. She no longer stuttered, for her body was completely numb at that point, though involuntary shivers raked her body every once in a while.

*Kenoo's head surfaced right her*

I saw it coming and planned for it

Keller stuck her tongue out at him.

*Kenoo floated over and grabbed her tongue. After a moment of holding it he let it go and laughed*

Keller slipped her tongue back into her mouth, "Hey!~" she said, smiling, "You taste salty."

*Kenoo continued to laugh*

Guess this river isn't a fresh water river

Keller moved to the River back, "Guess not." she agreed. She turned towards the land, and pulled herself out of the water, biting her lip as the cold wind brushed her already freezing, and light blue skin.

*Kenoo followed her to the river bank and out the water*

Would you like my jacket..I'm sure your cold

Keller narrowed her eyes, playfully, shivering, "Oh, a-are you m-moc-mocking my b-being cold?"

*Kenoo smiled*

No...it's just you look cold...so I offered my jacket

Keller clicked her tongue, to the top of her mouth, "Mmmmhmmm, su-sure." she started, "But.. Y-Yes I would hi-h-highly appreciate th-t-the jack-jacket."

*Kenoo nodded and vanished for a moment. Seconds later he returned with his jacket*

Any reason you wanted to go swimming

*Kenoo walked over to her and placed his jacket around her*

Keller was eveloped by warmth--- or what seemed to be warmth to her turning-blue skin. She shrugged, her hand moving up to wrap around the black cross, that should be hanging loosely around her neck on a silver chain, "I just... wanted to take a sw----" she cut off, her long fingers not wrapping around what it should have--- the cross. "No... no... Where is it?" she started to panic, her voice moving from it's usual, not longer steady. "No, no, no, no, no, no." She continuously repeated the word, shrugging off Kenoo's jacket, and heading back towards the water, panic coursing through her.

Whats wrong?

*Kenoo asked as he followed her*

Keller was almost to panicky and flustered to talk, "My-necklace-is-gone." she said quickly.

I'll help you find it...

*Kenoo walked next to her*

What's it look like

Keller shook her head, vigorously, "No... no... no... No time... cannot explain it..." she said, her usual steady voice, expression, and eyes had all crumbled. Her necklace meant too much to her--- way too much to her--- so much so that it had become one of her biggest weaknesses.
Without thought of loosing anymore body heat, she dived into the River, moving immediately to the bottom. With the weight of the cross, it would have sank.

*Kenoo sighed and dived in after her*

Keller looked, trying to hold back her panics under water. She looked, and looked, not finding anything. Until she found the necklace, she refused to soothe that aching that was in her throat, from the lack of oxygen.

*Kenoo swam to the bottom searching as much as he could. He wanted to help her find her necklace at all cost*
