Name:Tsugatsa
Technique:Water Strike
Stamina Required: -15 Intelligence

Description:Moves the sword in a circular motion, as this is being done water appears to come from the end of the blade to become a circle, and when the circle is done she moves sword to be perpindicular to the ground and the water spirals around opponent. This confuses the opponent and makes them unable to move because it creates a thick mist of water that blocks the opponents vision.
Advantages:The opponent is unable to attack or see. So it allows for selina not be attacked.
Disadvantages:Selina is vulerable when she is performing the circular motion of the blade. Also the attack can be disabled by any kind of fire attack.


Name:Shape Shift
Technique:Shape Shift
Stamina Required: -11 Intelligence, -5 Strength
HP Deduction: -0
Description:Can change into any animal or any type of water form. The technique isn't fully mature so it has a limit of working for a short time. Also the animal has to real and can not be made up. She can also shift anyone she touches into a form of water.
Advantages:Gains the ability of the animal she has changed into. She can not be harmed by any weapon or specil ability while in water form (the disadvantage to this explained below and the person she has transformed with her gains the same advantage and disadvantage).
Disadvantages:The only way she can be attacked in water form is by fire which can be dry her up or force her back to her original form. This ability fades after 3 posts by user.

Technique:Ice shield
Stamina Required: minus the attcking technique's original stamina
HP Deduction: -0
Description:Points the tip of the blade down and kneels behind the blade and water shoots out and freezes creating a shield.
Advantages:Selina can not be attacked.
Disadvantages:The shield can be destroyed by fire attacks. Selina can not act as quickly to attacks when the shield disappears.

Technique:Teleportation
Stamina Required: -17 Intelligence; add -3 Intelligence to each person other than the user
HP Deduction: -0
Description:Can shift into water molecules and change location at will. She can also teleport people when she touches them.
Advantages:She can not be attacked and the person she is touching can not be attacked.
Disadvantages:Can be disrupted by fire or heat. Selina can not teleport more than three people (including herself) at a time.


Name:Shape Shift
Technique:Object Shape Shift
Stamina Required: -9 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -5 if attacking the opponent
Description:Can change any object into a weapon for battle. The object stays transformed for 1 post by user.
Advantages:If her sword, Tsugatsa, is thrown away in battle then she can change an object around her into something so she can fight and protect herself.
Disadvantages:The object can only remain tranformed for 1 post by the user. The object can only be turned into some sort of short blade (i.e. a dagger or kunai).

Name:Water Style Healing
Technique:Moon Healing
Stamina Required: -19 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -0
Description:Selina can use water to heal herself or someone else. Selina moves hand to the injury and water swrils around her hand. The water glows for a moment and then the water subsides and leaves the wound fixed.
Advantages:Selina's wounds get healed so she can continue to fight. The same applies if she is useing it on someone else.
Disadvantages:Selina can't completly heal huge gashes (i.e slashes where the wound is bleeding heavily). She can only heal small to medium size wounds.

Technique:Korikage no Shinsei Dansu (Sacred Dance of the Ice Shadow)
Stamina Required: -7 Strength, -3 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -9
Description:Selina swings her sword in a huge arc at her opponent. As she does this water that appears to shoot out from the tip of the blade fires at her opponent and then forms into hundreads of ice spikes. The water from the blade is shot upwards and attacks the opponent from the sky, They surround the opponent.
Advantages:The spikes surround the opponent allowing for atleast most of them to hit the opponent and it makes it hard for them to attack her.
Disadvantage:Fire can disable most of this attack. Also the attack has such a wide range that the where the attack hits is uncertain.

Technique:Kinzoku no Mizu Hitsugi (Metal of the Water Coffin)
Stamina Required: minus the original attack's Stamina Required
HP Deduction: -0
Description:Water encases the blade of tsugatsa. Selina points the tip of the blade up and it defends her against attacks from fire.
Advantages:Selina can't be hit by fire attacks.
Disadvantages:She can easily be attacked by ligthening and her blade is useless for one post by user after this technique.

Name:Vampiric Speed
Technique:Dodge
Stamina Required: -13 Strength, -5 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -0
Description:Selina can use her heightened speed to dodge projectiles and/or punches and kicks.
Advantages:Selina can't be hurt by projectiles and/or punches and kicks.
Disadvantages:Selina can only use it twice per battle. She tires out quickly.

Name:Vampiric Strength
Technique:Roundhouse Kick
Stamina Required: -13 Strength, -3 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -11
Description:Selina uses her heightened strength to roadhouse kick an opponent away from her.
Advantages:Selina can send her opponent flying away from her.
Disadvantages:She can only uses this attack three times in battle. Her leg begins to hurt if used more than three times.

Name: Hand-to-Hand
Technique: Counterstrike
Stamina Required: -12 Strength, -3 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -6
Description: Selina can counter a hand to hand combat move, like a punch or a kick by grabbing the leg/arm of her opponent and crushing the bone of that limb using her vampiric strength before throwing them away from her.
Advantages: Keeps the physical blow from landing and disables that same thing from happening again until the limb can be healed.
Disadvantages: Can only be used as a countermeasure, can't be used as a first strike. Can only be used four times per battle because selina begins to weaken after a short time.

Name: Water Style Healing
Technique: Moon Goddess' Kiss
Stamina Required: -9 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -0
Description: Selina can remove impurities in her body ( bullets, bugs, and poisons) by encasing her body with water. The water shines with a light that looks like moon light and the impurities flow out of her body. The same thing happens when she uses it on someone else.
Advantages: Selina (or someone else if she uses it on them) will be cured of impurities in the body.
Disadvantages: Selina can only use this when she has access to water and she can only heal up to 3 other people with this move.

Name: Vampiric Speed
Technique: Invade Space
Stamina Required: You need one more disadvantage.
HP Deduction: -0
Description: Selina rushes forward faster the mind can register that she has moved and enter into an opponents personal space for a close range attack.
Advantages: Selina can not be attacked when preforming this move.
Disadvantages: Can only be done 3 times during battle.

Name: Vampiric Strength and Speed
Technique: What a pain?
Stamina Required: -12 Strength, -5 Intelligence
HP Deduction: -9
Description: Selina will use her speed to confuses her opponent as to her location and as she is doing this she will randomly attack her opponent. She then stops in front of them and does a open-hand jab to their stomach and grabs their collar before throwing them away from her.
Advantages: Selina using her speed to confuse her opponent makes it really hard for them to track down her location.
Disadvantages: She can use this as an escape move and it can only be used 1 or 2 time during the battle (1 time if it is an escape move. 2 times if she is bored of the battle).
