Julia has the gift of ice. She can create ice, snow, hail, even water sometimes. Sometimes when Julia is happy it snows, when she is said, it hails. Julia is never weakened by this, when she controls ice, it can make her stronger.

Physical Looks: Julia stands at five foot and has fair skin which makes her ice blue eyes pop, and blue hair. She has a very petit body and a slight bust. She always wears a strapless light blue dress with light green designs on it. She completes her outfit with light green flats. She has a birthmark right under her left eye. She always wears her diamond earings that her mother gave her.

General Attitude/Personality: Julia is a kind girl, she is fun and sweet and easily make friends. She is a very helpful person and will do anything if it will make a person happy.

History: Julia was born in a town outside of Hokkaido, she was born a human. Her parents were powerful Mages, and so is her sister. Julia was an outcast. Her parents never really loved her the way they loved her sister katie. Julia was never praised for good grades, or achievements. On Julia's eigth birthday she descovered that she can control ice. Her parents werent proud of her, they were out raged, her parents put her down for her power. When Julia was fourteen her parents were captured, they came after Julia and Katie, but Julia protected her sister and would not let her take them. They ran for a year, town to town, until they found an old neighbor, Julia left Katie with them. Julia misses her sister everyday even though her parents favored her more. Julia left a week after they found their old neighbor, and found her way to Hokkaido Academy.
