Self-explanatory. Some examples of her power: Although wind is omnipresent, she can create wind if needed, such as in an airless vacuum. It takes quite a bit of energy, since it is difficult to form things out of nothing, but she can create wind by "pulling" on even the slightest source of wind, such as her breath. She can also form wind into various shapes, but not into anything 100% solid.

Cho relies solely on her ability to control wind.

Physical Looks:

Cho is actually very old, though she looks to be about 17. She has a very slim body, though not completely devoid of muscles, and is about 5 feet 5 inches tall. She has soft, sapphire blue eyes and relatively short, lavender hair.

She normally wears a loose, white boatneck sweater-like shirt with dark navy-blue, long, loose sleeves and turquoise-blue trim on the hem of the body and the lining of her pocket. She wears a black, broadband tank top underneath, and the straps are visible on her exposed shoulders. With it, she wears a short olive-green plaid skirt. She also wears long, purple and pink stockings that go above her knees to her thighs and white shoes with black bottoms. Her left thigh is buckled with a trailing brown belt, and a simple golden amulet hangs from her neck by a string.

She is always seen with a mint lollipop in her mouth, or otherwise eating something minty, such as mint ice-cream.

General Attitude/Personality:

Cho, like her element, is a very breezy type of person. She is fairly laid-back though her moods may vary with the winds. She can be very easy-going, but at other times, she will be itching for a fight. She hates to lose. When she does, she may have mild, childish tantrums and rants, though they do not last for long.

She loves to have fun and detests being bored. As a result of this, Cho does not like to be alone for long periods of time and constantly seeks company. She is very outgoing and will usually be the first to approach a person.

Cho is always seen with a mint lollipop in her mouth. This serves as her sustitute for blood. She loves to fight, but hates to actually see people getting seriously hurt, so she attempted to completely curb her appetite for blood by sucking on mint lollipops. It proved to be quite effective, but she needs a steady flow mint lollipops for it to work. Without it, she becomes very cranky and hot-tempered.

If she does not have a mint lollipop, she will most likely be snacking on other dissolvable minty treats, such as mint ice-cream, other forms of candy, or cool mint tea. Her favorites are lollipops and ice-cream.

Goals: To be strong, be happy, make lots of friends, getting a job.
Likes: MINT LOLLIPOPS, cool and breezy weather, being with friends, having fun, playing, sparring, picking friendly fights, being liked.
Dislikes: Drinking blood, being bored, being alone, losing, anything hot (hot weather, hot tea, etc.)
Bad Habits: Cho can be very insensitive, but not on purpose. If she gets bored with something, she declares it loudly, regardless of whether she may hurt someone's feelings or not. She also acts rashly and on an impulse, rather than thinking things through.
Fears: Being hated, losing her friends, suddenly being alone, dying painfully.

History:

Cho does not remember her past as a human.

Once a vampire, Cho lived a nomadic life, taking on odd jobs from being a normal cashier to going after wanted criminals. She has been in so many places so many times, that she lost track of time and does not remember how old she is. She just knows that she was born on April 1st, or at least she thinks she was.

She came across Hokkaido Academy and looks forward to getting an education here. She also looks forward to making friends and getting a good job that she will enjoy.

How have you got 1000 maxed stats in everything? Whats WIP stand for??????????????????????? and you haven't filled out the rest

*cough* WIP = Work in Progress. Things arent filled out because she's still working on it. All beginners, once they activate their character sheet have maxed out stats so they can't get automatically killed by some senior member of the site. Please do not post and/or spam in the application section.
