HOKKAIDO ACADEMY FIGHTING HANDBOOK

There are three Stamina Bars that will be used when Role-Playing on Hokkaido Academy, Strength, Intelligence and HP (Health Points). Strength and Intelligence will be used when you are creating Techniques. HP (Health Points) will keep track of how many points you have until death and how many points your technique can deduct.

ABILITIES AND WEAPONS

In this forum, you will be asked to give details about your special ability and/or weapon. You will not be able to use any abilities or weapons in the RP until I see it, read it over and place the stamina needed to perform the move. I will be judging the moves by its description the clearer the description, the more likely the stamina deduction will be reasonable. Below, I will show an example of what I am explaining. Keep in mind, the more powerful, unavoidable abilities will obviously have a higher stamina subtraction.

Example #1
Name: Invidia (Gun)
Technique: Speed Bullet
Stamina Required: -3 strength points
HP Deduction: -2
Description: The bullet will be able to hit with great accuracy, hits about 90% of the time. The bullet is fast and will most likely hit the opponent before he/she can avoid it. The hit will not cause great impact. It is mainly use to disarm or stun the opponent.
Advantages: Accuracy is great, fast bullet.
Disadvantages: Causes very little impact. Pain is short-term.

Example #2
Name: Invidia (Gun)
Technique: Speed Bullet
Stamina Required: -6 strength points
HP Deduction: -2
Description: The bullet will be able to hit with great accuracy, hits all the time. The bullet is fast and will most likely hit the opponent before he/she can avoid it. The hit will cause a strong impact. It is mainly use to disarm or stun the opponent. but can injure greatly.
Advantages: Accuracy is great; fast bullet.
Disadvantages: Doesn't hurt much.

The second example takes away more stamina only because of a few simple alterations of only the disadvantages and description. Detail is key, students! Now that that is out of way, the following is the code that must be used in order for your ability to be even looked at.

Instructions:
Create a topic in Stamina Moves
Label it with your character's "Last Name, First Name"
Add your moves using the given template
Wait for me(Sakurai) to post the stamina
Then go kick butt around campus

Code:
Name: {Name of weapon or ability.}
Technique: {Technique's name here.}
Stamina Required: {Sakurai will determine this.}
HP Deduction: {Riza will determine this.}
Description: {Description of the weapon or ability [This will greatly determine the amount of stamina. Be descriptive and unique!]}
Advantages: {Minimum: 1}
Disadvantages: {Minimum: 2}

---
This is how it's going to go down. The amount of abilities that you may use depends solely on what rank you are. Below I have made the table;

Beginners = 5 abilities
Freshman = 10 abilities
Sophomores = 15 abilities
Juniors = 20 abilities
Seniors = 25-30 abilities

More ranks will be made after a certain amount of people have reached Senior rank clearly. Well, go, go and make your abilities! Be creative, have fun!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE TECHNIQUE UNTIL THE STAMINA POINTS HAVE BEEN SET
AND
DO NOT FORGET TO MAKE YOUR OWN TOPIC TO PLACE THE MOVES

FIGHTING FORMAT

When Fighting, you must follow this format or else the other member will then have the right to tell you that your post will not count because it will be considered an auto hit. The only time when auto hits will not count is when it is OUTSIDE serious fighting grounds. Regular combat techniques will go against your stamina points.

When you are not using combat techniques such as the ones listed above, you must follow this format. Note that this format is only for serious battles such as serious fighting that and sparring. Like in many animes, the characters cause harm to each other for comedy purposes or because it’s a reaction of a person. For example, if you annoy someone, you’ll most likely get hurt but you will not be killed.

STEP 1: COPY AND PASTE YOUR APPROVED TECHNIQUE

Remilia: *shoots a bullet aiming at the side of his stomach*

Name: Invidia (Gun)
Technique: Speed Bullet
Stamina Required: -3 strength points
HP Deduction: -2
Description: The bullet will be able to hit with great accuracy, hits about 90% of the time. The bullet is fast and will most likely hit the opponent before he/she can avoid it. The hit will not cause great impact. It is mainly use to disarm or stun the opponent.
Advantages: Accuracy is great, fast bullet.
Disadvantages: Causes very little impact. Pain is short-term.

STEP 2: KEEP TRACK OF YOUR STAMINA

(Strength: 19 strength, Rest: remains the same)

Please note that you do not have to post your points in every single posts, but please do after about every 5 posts when battling.

HOW TO ACHIEVE MORE STAMINA POINTS

A lot of you have been wondering, how do we get points added to our Stamina Bar (Strength, Intelligence, Speed) without class. This is how we'll set everything up, you will see under your names a ranking (Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior and Senior). Depending on your ranking, is how many points you get.

Beginners- 10 points automatically
Freshmen- (min. 250) +10 points in each bar
Sophomore (min. 1000 posts)- +10 points in each bar
Junior (min. 2000 posts)- +10 points in each bar
Senior (min. 3000 posts- +15 points in each bar

[Note: You must TELL AN ADMIN/MOD if you changed levels]

Here are some ways for you to gain more points-

1. Contests
2. Events
3. Battles
4. recruiting members
5. Classes
6. Buying them from Graverobbers from the Black Market [from Itasuku or Drina]

[Please do not ask for points unless you present a good reason for it. You can get many points with battles but you must tell me or Suzumi when you battled. If you do not, we cannot give you any points. You will most likely only gain 1-5 more points in each bar]

After you read these rules please PM either Sakurai or Remilia the second half of the quote “…Without pictures or conversations?”. If you read the rules, this will make much more sense. Note that you must PM us this in order for you to RPG and will inform us that you read this. Please GO TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE FIRST HALF OF THE QUOTE. Please name your PM Application as well. You cannot start RPGing until you sent both of these

[note: please put both halves in one PM]
